And in addition, you will learn what are the four steps to give a really good answer when you are asked “What are your weaknesses?”. In short, these steps are:
Do your homework and get clarity about your weaknesses (and also strengths) in advance!
Be honest about your weakness and share an example to explain how that shows in every-day life!
Share a strategy what you are doing to mitigate this weakness!
Mention how this weakness can be turned into a strength!
