#85 What you should reply to the question “What are your weaknesses?” in a job interview

“What are your weaknesses?” or “Tell us about your biggest weakness!” – are you afraid to be asked this question in your job interview? Because you are so insecure what do respond to that?

Recruiters or hiring managers actually like it a lot to ask this question and there is a good reason for it, that I will explain you in this episode. And in addition, you will learn what are the four steps to give a really good answer when you are asked “What are your weaknesses?”. In short, these steps are:

  1. Do your homework and get clarity about your weaknesses (and also strengths) in advance!

  2. Be honest about your weakness and share an example to explain how that shows in every-day life!

  3. Share a strategy what you are doing to mitigate this weakness!

  4. Mention how this weakness can be turned into a strength!
